Our English Department is made up of seven highly committed teachers who specialize in English Language and Literature. Idara ya Kiswahili inajumuisha walimu sita walio na ari ya kufundisha. Mafanikio yetu yanaonekana kupitia uboreshaji wa matokeo ya KCSE kila mwaka, kwa mfano: 2021 (7.3), 2022 (7.4), 2023 (9.4). The Sciences Department covers Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, providing a strong foundation for careers in medicine, engineering, and technology. We aim for excellence, setting 2025 targets of Biology – 6.0, Chemistry – 5.0, and Physics – 7.0. Our teachers and students work together to uphold the highest standards in both theory and practical work.
The Humanities Department offers Geography, History & Government, and CRE. With an average KCSE mean of 9.50, we aim to reach 10.50 and beyond. Our approach includes educational trips, teacher workshops, internal symposiums, and awards for top performers, ensuring students excel academically while growing in values and social awareness.
This department offers eight subjects: Computer Studies, Agriculture, Business Studies, Woodwork, Home Science, Art & Design, French, and Music. We emphasize hands-on learning, producing excellent KCSE results such as Woodwork mean 12.0A, Agriculture 11.83A, and Computer Studies 11.34. Our focus is on equipping learners with market-relevant skills for life beyond school.
The Boarding Department accommodates around 600 boys in 5 spacious dormitories, including a new 3-floor hostel housing 320 students. We maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and provide a balanced diet to support students’ health and learning. The dedicated boarding staff ensures that life in residence is safe, disciplined, and conducive to both academic and personal growth.
Our Games and Sports Department promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and leadership through activities such as football, rugby, table tennis, athletics, volleyball, lawn tennis, handball, hockey, and badminton. With achievements at county, regional, and national levels, we instill in students a competitive spirit alongside discipline and perseverance, ensuring they excel both on the field and in life.
